Non-Refundable Policy
All courses, workshops, and services purchased through Gravity Minds are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Batch Transfers or Candidate Replacement
- You may request a batch transfer or nominate another candidate to attend in your place (for both online and offline workshops or courses).
- Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the course or workshop. Post this period, no changes will be permitted.
- Completion certificates are issued once, in the name of the candidate who attends and completes the program, passing the required assessments or assignments.
Attendance and Missed Sessions
- Candidates who fail to attend will be marked absent and will not receive extended access to course content beyond the specified validity.
- Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Subscription Payment Refund Policy
- Payments for subscription-based services are non-refundable once debited. Customers may cancel upcoming subscriptions to avoid future charges.
- Subscription cancellations must follow the specific guidelines of your payment platform (e.g., Google Pay) or be requested directly by emailing support@gravityminds.com.
Technical Issue Refund Policy
- In case of technical issues, contact support@gravityminds.com or the respective support email listed in the course FAQ.
- If the technical issue cannot be resolved by our team within 14 working days, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are applicable only for technical issues unrelated to customer hardware or software.
